Dear Rotary Club Presidents and Presidents-Elect,

Due to the public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, we will hold our annual District Legislation Meeting remotely. The District Legislation Meeting will be on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 4pm (digital invitation to be sent/posted immediately prior to that date), with a vote by Club Ballot (see enclosed) to be returned no later than March 9, 2021.

The following items will be discussed and acted upon at this process:

  1. Proposed 2021-22 District Fund and Per Capita Levy (District Budget and Dues)
  2. Confirmation of District Conference Location and Date
  1. Adoption of Annual Statement & Report of District Finances
