FAQ:

 
1) What does our cruise room pricing include?
Our inclusive pricing includes your Cruise Fair, Non-Commissionable Cruise Fee, all Taxes, Fees, Port Expenses, Gratuities, and Conference Fee. All your food, certain nonalcoholic beverages and most entertainment aboard the Liberty of the Seas. The Cruise price does not include air transportation; transfers; optional shore and land excursions; meals and accommodations ashore; certain beverages; photographs; gratuities (other than gratuities for the stateroom stewards, head waiter, waiter and assistant waiter); telephone calls; specialty restaurants onboard the Liberty of the Seas; purchases from the ship stores or items of a personal nature, such as medical services, laundry, massages, spa treatments, hairstyling or manicures. Some of these items may be purchased separately.
 
2) What is our cancelation policies? 

The Cancellation Policy is governed by the stateroom you have paid for and reserved. There are no refunds if one person in a multi-person stateroom cancels and the other people are still attending. For example, if you purchased a Triple stateroom (3 people in a stateroom), and one person decided to cancel, then your stateroom would become a Double stateroom (2 people in a stateroom) and there would be no refund.

Date of Cancellation

  • You may cancel your entire stateroom up to February 9, 2024 and receive a full refund of the money paid for your stateroom.
  • From February 10, 2024 to April 1st, 2024, you may cancel your entire stateroom and each person in your stateroom would be charged $100.
  • From April 2, 2024 to April 15, 2024, you may cancel your entire stateroom and each person in your stateroom would be charged $120.
  • From April 16, 2024 to May, 1, 2024, you may cancel your entire stateroom and the Cancellation fee would be 65% of what you paid when you registered for your stateroom.
  • No Cancellations are permitted after May 1, 2024. The Cancellation fee is 100% of what you paid when you registered for your stateroom.
 
3) Internet options for your cruise? 
After you receive your Royal Caribbean Booking ID via email (allow up to three weeks), you will need to contact Royal Caribbean (1-800-398-9819) to purchase Internet or log into My Cruises, and go to Cruise Planner. For more information click below:
 
4) Beverage options and upgrades you can purchase?
After you receive your Royal Caribbean Booking ID via email (allow up to three weeks), you will need to contact Royal Caribbean (1-800-398-9819) to purchase a beverage package or log into My Cruises, and go to Cruise Planner. For more information click below:
 
5) How do we book Travel Insurance?
After you receive your Royal Caribbean Booking ID via email (allow up to three weeks), you will need to call Royal Caribbean at 1.800.327.2055 to enroll and pay. For NEW YORK RESIDENTS ONLY, you will need to call AON Insurance directly at 1.800.452.4022 to purchase Royal Caribbean Travel Protection. When asked for your Booking Date, please provide the date that you are registering for the cruise. The cancellation Penalty Waiver is not available in New York. Instead, Trip Cancellation benefits are underwritten by Arch Insurance Company at 1.877.688.2724. In addition, the Cancel for any reason, cruise vacation enhancement can be purchase separate from the Travel Insurance Benefits. New York residents can contact Aon Affinity at 1.877.722.2195. 
 
6) Disclaimer, for the price of oil.
Rotary District 7210 and Royal Caribbean reserve the right to impose a fuel supplement on all Guests if the price of Intermediate fuel exceeds $65.00 per barrel. The fuel supplement for 1st and 2nd person in a stateroom would be no more than $10.00 per person per day, to a maximum of $140.00 for the entire Cruise; and for additional people in the same stateroom would be no more than $5.00 per person per day, to a maximum of $70.00 for the entire Cruise.
 

 

Force Majeure:

If Royal Caribbean and the Rotary District 7210 are forced to cancel the Cruise due to Acts of God, breakdown of the Liberty of the Seas, hostilities, blockades, labor conflicts, strikes aboard or ashore, restraint of rulers or princes, war, fire, collision, directions of underwriters, arrest, order or restraint by governmental authorities or others (including due to the actions of port officials or government-imposed travel restrictions), acts of terrorism, civil commotions, embargo, weather conditions or considerations of safety of the Vessel (of which the Master shall be the sole judge), foundering of the Liberty of the Seas or breakdowns of or damage to its hull, machinery and fittings, inability to secure or failure of supplies including fuel, requisition of the Liberty of the Seas, disease, epidemic or pandemic, or other circumstances beyond Rotary District 7210 and Royal Caribbean’s control (including but not limited to a change in Royal Caribbean's fleet deployment caused by any of the aforementioned events) (collectively such causes shall be referred to as “Force Majeure Events”), the sole liability of Rotary District 7210 and Royal Caribbean, and/or the Liberty of the Seas, shall be for a refund of all monies less the $100 per person Rotary District 7210 Conference Fee there to fore paid to Rotary District 7210 and Royal Caribbean hereunder for all obligations not then performed or for which the Purchaser has not had benefit. For the avoidance of doubt, under no circumstances will Rotary District 7210 and Royal Caribbean be obligated to refund any cancellation charges incurred pursuant to any purchaser that Cancelled prior to Rotary District 7210 and Royal Caribbean's cancellation of the Cruise.
